For the better part of the past two decades, Matt, Keith, Fraser and Pam have been working together in the property industry. United by the firm belief that estate agency should truly put customers first, we set up Rigby & Marchant in the autumn of 2020 to serve our neighbourhood.

Drawing on our expertise and experiences from the well-respected corporate agency in which we all previously worked, we conceptualised a boutique estate agency built on the ethos and values we collectively held. Together, we formulated four fundamental commitments to ensure we deliver exceptional service and a positive experience to every one of our customers.

Keith Rigby

For nearly 30 years, Keith has served as an estate agent in North Kensington and Notting Hill. He has guided numerous couples, families, and individuals through the complexities of selling and buying a home, consistently applying his wealth of experience and a solution-oriented mindset to overcome any challenges for his clients that arise. Keith and his wife, Wendy, along with their two children, proudly call North Kensington home where they are very much a part of the local community.

Matt Marchant

Matt has been an estate agent in West London for over two decades. Formerly a City Broker, he ultimately found his calling and his home in Notting Hill, becoming a highly regarded estate agent in the area. He has moved his own family in and out of more homes than most people would dare in a lifetime which has helped to shape his belief that buying and selling property need not be the stressful experience that so many fear.

In the past ten years, Fraser has guided hundreds of people in their pursuit of a home in the West London boroughs and launched Nested, a technology-driven estate agency company, where he led the buying agency service. Fraser returned to his origins as a local estate agent, partnering with Keith and Matt to deliver a personalised experience above all else to their clients. He lives in Queens Park, coaches the Sharks Under 8’s football team and his boys attend the local school.
